Terms and Conditions
1. Services Offered
We provide music promotion services on digital platforms such as Spotify and SoundCloud. Promotion is carried out by including songs in playlists with a reach determined by the number of followers of those playlists (10k, 20k, 40k, 60k, up to 100k). We do not guarantee a specific number of plays or reach, as these depend on external factors, such as listener activity.
2. Requirements for Using the Services
No registration or account creation is required to place orders on our platform. Services are available to any user who provides the required information during the purchase process.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are securely processed through Shopify, adhering to international data protection standards.
4. Pricing Policy
Our prices are fixed and may vary throughout the year. Price changes are not notified in advance, as our packages are purchased occasionally and are not subject to subscriptions. Prices may differ depending on the country and currency used for payment but are calculated equivalently for all customers.
5. Guarantees
We guarantee the inclusion of songs in playlists with the reach indicated in the purchased package. However, we do not guarantee specific results in terms of plays or effective reach, as these depend on listener behavior.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- If the campaign does not start within 14 days of purchase.
- If the campaign performance is abnormally low, as determined by our internal evaluation. Customers must contact support and provide evidence to determine if a refund is applicable.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing the correct link to the song they want to promote.
- Ensuring they own the copyright for the song and the associated artist account.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for decisions made by external platforms (such as Spotify or SoundCloud) that may affect the use of our services, including possible restrictions or penalties.
9. Misuse of Services
Using our services to promote unauthorized content or tracks by other artists without their consent may result in the indefinite suspension of access to our services.
10. Data Privacy
We only collect the information necessary to process orders (billing data and payment methods). This information is managed by Shopify and is not sold to third parties. We may use contact details for our own advertising campaigns but never sell them to other companies.
11. Relationship with Symphonic
We offer music distribution services through Symphonic as a third party. The data shared with Symphonic is limited to the customer's name and last name. Customers must create an account with Symphonic to manage their royalties.
12. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and applicable European regulations.
13. Dispute Resolution
We offer mediation as the first step to resolving disputes. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved legally under Estonian jurisdiction.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers via email.
15. Suspension or Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate campaigns if:
- The customer requests it in writing.
- Irregularities are detected, or lack of authorization to promote the content is reported.
16. Acceptance of Terms
Using our services implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. This is recorded through the use of cookies on our website.
